Review: Dear Martin by Nic Stone

Dear Martin by Nic Stone
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was an incredibly well-written story on a personal level by one charter. It is about injustice, survival, stereotype, and more.  I've cried, laughed, prayed, was angry at times, and even wished for a hopeful ending. It's an eye-opener, raw, and explores many issues we face today.  It shows just how much we as people can discriminate even when we think we're not. Realistic on many levels and how naive we can be as people. It opens your understanding of all points of view. It makes one look into their own life choices and reevaluates them.  All and all this is based on individual actions and consequences. And where if the choices made were right or wrong.  I truly enjoy reading the journey of the main character.  Im excited to read the second book Dear Justyce.

Happy Reading,
